Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). 6. Multiple Shipments

Because we use multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate deliveries.

• Dining table may ship from one warehouse.

• Chairs may ship separately.

• Parcels may be left in a safe place if no one is available to receive them.
