Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). 5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

You can monitor shipment progress directly with the courier.

6. Multiple Shipments

Because we use multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate deliveries.

Example:

• Dining table may ship from one warehouse.

• Chairs may ship separately.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

7. Authority to Leave

Where the courier allows:

• Parcels may be left in a safe place if no one is available to receive them.

• If a signature is required, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave collection instructions.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If items arrive:
