At Neo Furniture Australia, we work with trusted Australian and overseas supply partners to deliver quality furniture directly to your door. Because many items ship from our various warehousing facilities or directly from our suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on product type and your location.

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Once your order is confirmed, we send it to our warehouse or supplier for packing and dispatch.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

• You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email after checkout.

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver within Australia only, including:

• Victoria

• New South Wales

• Queensland

• South Australia

• Western Australia

• Tasmania

• Australian Capital Territory (ACT)

• Northern Territory

Delivery is available only to areas serviced by our freight and courier partners.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or courier delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

• Tracking number

• Courier or freight details

• Tracking link

You can monitor shipment progress directly with the courier.

Shopify supports tracking updates and delivery estimates at checkout.

6. Multiple Shipments

Because we use multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate deliveries.

Example:

• Dining table may ship from one warehouse.

• Chairs may ship separately.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

7. Authority to Leave

Where the courier allows:

• Parcels may be left in a safe place if no one is available to receive them.

• If a signature is required, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave collection instructions.

Neo Furniture Australia is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If items arrive:

• Damaged

• Incorrect

• Incomplete

Please email us within 48 hours at info@neofurniture.com.au and include:

• Order number

• Photos of the damage

• Description of the issue

We will work with our supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Delivery Delays

Delays can occur due to:

• Supplier stock availability

• Freight carrier delays

• Weather disruptions

• Regional delivery limitations

If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

10. Change of Address

Please contact us immediately if your shipping details need to be changed.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect shipments.

For selected items, Click & Collect / Pickup may be available.

Customers will receive:

• Pickup confirmation

• Collection address

• Available pickup time

No shipping charge applies to pickup orders.
